We cold infuse all our honey over weeks, so it is not heated in the infusing process. This allows the honey to retain all its natural good properties.

A light and refreshing honey infusion. A great flavour that is perfect drizzled over ice cream, pancakes or waffles. A wonderful breakfast treat when drizzled over steaming hot porridge on a cold morning.
