This is a delicious herbal tisane full of great ingredients; lemongrass, hibiscus, rosehip, spearmint, echinacea, ginger and ginseng which may help support immune function. Echinacea and ginseng are known to boost the immune system to provide a helping hand against cold, flu, and other viruses. Hibiscus and rosehip are high in Vitamin C, and lemongrass and ginger root may also help to relieve nausea while having other great health benefits.

Brewing Instructions: Steep at 100C for 3-5 minutes
